If you’ve been involved with spirituality for a while, you’ve probably heard people share about being grounded. In this video, I share with you why I suggest that being grounded is not the best goal to have and why this is actually limiting. An expansive being wouldn’t need to be grounded! Learn what you can do instead to stay relaxed as you become more psychic and aware. Enjoy!
Hi I’m Melissa from CommunicateWithAngels.com and today I want to share with you about a common question that people ask me, which is “How can I get grounded?” Now, I’m going to again probably surprise you with my answer is that you don’t need to be grounded. So I think this is a common misconception out there when people start delving into spirituality they hear people talking about you need to be grounded, you need to be grounded. And I think this is a little bit of a misunderstanding. Continue reading “Do You Need to be Grounded?”

The key to fulfillment is doing the things that really make you happy. If you see a person who really loves what he does and is happy and joyful it means he is living his spiritual purpose. If you went and did the things he is doing, you would probably be miserable! It’s his spiritual purpose – not yours.
Each person is here on Planet Earth for spiritual growth. Each person has a unique life purpose. Discovering your life purpose is actually quite simple. It’s so simple you might miss it. Here’s the secret to discovering your life purpose. Drumroll please!
Do what you truly want and desire.
That’s my challenge to you for 2016. Instead of limiting yourself because there’s not enough time, there’s not enough money, my parents expect this of me, my children need me to do xyz, the economy is bad etc etc etc… Why not do what you truly want and desire?
Learn to look within and follow those inner desires. When you do, you will be guided toward the right path for you. If you feel stuck right now, you are resisting that inner guidance. It is always within you. It always has been. Here are 8 practical steps you can take to set a new direction for yourself this coming year.
Today, let’s look at the keyword of Upgrade. When you look at your life, the circumstances in it, your relationships etc, are you satisfied? Or do you have a long list of things you want to change and UPGRADE?

Every now and again I get emails from people criticizing me for charging any money for my products and services. Their argument usually sounds something like, “If you were truly spiritual, you would offer this for free to be of service,” or “God’s gifts cannot be charged for.”
There is still a belief out there in the spiritual community that any spiritual service should be given away for free. Where do these beliefs come from? The belief that spirituality and money do not mix started a very long time ago. For example, in the Franciscan monk order it was believed that a vow of poverty was the only way to Godliness. The monks gave away all their possessions. The female order was named, “The Poor Clares.” What a label! Continue reading “Why the ‘Money isn’t Spiritual’ Belief is B.S.”
If you don’t have everything you desire in life, or if you are having trouble reaching your goals, it is a result of self-imposed limitations. The programming you grew up with, or the maze as we call it, has a strong effect on what success you will achieve. Often, you take this programming for granted thinking that it’s just the way life is – not even considering that anything could be different.
David Neagle says that in order to reach a new goal that you have never achieved before, you will “need to give up something of a lower nature, in order to receive something of a higher nature.” Some kind of sacrifice is required. Now sacrifice does not have to be a negative thing. Sacrificing a bad habit or limiting belief is very positive. But many people just aren’t willing to make any sacrifices because their programming is so strong. They are being kept a prisoner in the world of their own making because their beliefs won’t allow them to change. Continue reading “How to Create Your Heart’s Desire”

1. Believe you can achieve your goals.
Self-belief is everything. Have you set New Year’s Resolutions in the past, only to forget them a few weeks into January? This can often happen because you don’t truly believe that you can achieve them. If you have a goal to purchase a new car, or a holiday, you need to first believe it is possible. Visualize yourself in that new car, or taking that amazing vacation. Write down all the steps you will need to take to reach that goal. By putting your attention to it every day, you will believe it is already real. And then it will be!
2. No worries, mate!
Do you worry about things that might happen? About 90% of the things we worry about are extremely unlikely to happen. Worry can set you into feeling negative quicker than any other habit. If you are worrying about something that is completely out of your control, it is just a waste of energy. It accomplishes nothing. As soon as you notice yourself worrying, replace that thought with something positive. Think about how much you appreciate your friends and family, or imagine that amazing vacation you are going to take. You’ll feel positive again in no time, and you must stay positive if you want to reach your goals. Continue reading “My 5 Top Mindset Tips for the New Year”

There is a new, vibrant energy coming in for 2015; can you feel it?
I am very excited for the New Year and have almost been impatient for December to be over with this year. 2014 has been a great year, but I’ve been feeling lately like I’m ready to take this to the next level of success in my life in 2015.
As many of you who are Moms can relate to, I’m sure, I put some of my own goals on hold for a couple of years while I had Liam. I have no regrets about that whatsoever; it has been the most fulfilling thing I have ever done in my life, not to mention the best learning opportunity ever! But now that he is a little more independent, I’ve been feeling an inner pull to establish new goals and dreams for myself.
Today, New Year’s Eve is the perfect opportunity to share with you a process I do every year to regroup the year that has just been and set my new goals and intentions for the year to come. I’ll be doing this today. Will you join me?
